with the latest numbers showing there are more mobile phone
subscriptions in New Zealand that there are people.

party" into the possible acquisition of Packard Bell. While the company
has entered into aMoU (Memorandum of Understanding) to look at the purchase it hasn't decided whether it is willing to proceed.

The high-speed
broadband upgrade to Vodafone's mobile phone network is progressing
with Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast,
Adelaide and Perth now all on the 3.6MBps 3G network and customers on
the New South Wales' Central Coast due to be added in September this
year.
