Samsung has announced its second generation Ultra Mobile PC (UMPC) at
CeBIT 2007. The device, based on the new Windows Vista Home Premium
operating system from Microsoft attempts to iron out a few of the bugs
from Samsung's first 'Origami' device release a year ago.
