Polycom has announced that its analogue SoundStation and VoiceStation
conference phones now incorporate advanced radio frequency (RF)
shielding technology to protect them from interference caused by mobile
phones. The company has also announced a recycling program for those
wanting to upgrade their existing units to a newer model.

has bitten the bullet and declared it will separate its mobile devices

over the past year and a half.

Vodafone has selected Ericsson as the primary vendor for its roll-out of a national High-Speed Packet Access (HSPA) broadband network and has given it until the end of the year to complete the job. Ericsson is the primary equipment supplier to Telstra which also rolled out its NextG 3G network in record time.

Yahoo! is using this year's CES show in Las Vegas to position itself in
