Motorola has announced it will release a special Champagne Gold edition
of the MOTOKRZR K1 which should hit the shelves later this year with an RRP of A$630.
The photo's probably don't do it justice (sorry) but
Motorola says the special edition champagne gold MOTOKRZR K1 is "sharp
and sophisticated, fusing superior form with rich functionality".
The MOTOKRZR K1 in gold is just the latest of a string of Gold handsets
released to attract owners looking for a little extra bling for their
purse. Yes purse, these handsets look to be squarely targeted at a
female audience and are touted as "the perfect accessory of the season".
"A perfect match for this season's trends, the champagne gold MOTOKRZR
K1 is also the ideal gift for trendsetters with an eye for beauty and
stylish mothers with a taste for perfection," says the announcement.
"The MOTOKRZR K1 will be one of this years must-have purchases for the
fashion conscious," said Andrew Volard, Managing Director, Motorola
South Pacific.
"Motorola has released the MOTOKRZR K1 in this special edition colour
to meet the growing demand from consumers for a beautiful but
functional phone that makes them stand out from the crowd."
The addition of the champagne gold version adds to the existing
MOTOKRZR K1 range which currently consists of black, silver and blue.
For the moment we are assuming the specs will be just the same as the
K1 in those colours whci is where the following specs come from.
