If you haven't updated the software on your Nokia N90, now might be the
right time to do it. THelatest software for Nokia's "mulitmedia
computer" has a number of new features and improvements, nbot least of
all is a thirty per cent increase in the music playback time.
Available directly from the Nokia Software
Updater (NSU), the latest software makes improvements to the phone's music, maps
and games functionality including better multitasking with the addition of
on-demand paging which allows you to run more applications and run them
faster, says the company. That's how you get the 30 per cent playback increase from the music player.
The new software also increases the speed on Nokia Maps promising
faster positioning times and faster Map loading. There's also a
three-day navigation trial and some N-Gage game demos with the update.
