A limited edition i-mate JAM is hitting the market. The “beefed up” JAM doubles it s RAM to 128MB adds CA Anti-virus and Skype software plus gets a 500MB SD card bundled in.
Released in the same form factor as previous JAMs the new edition is “a distinguished charcoal colour”, says the company. The matte charcoal body of the new i-mate JAM sports the metallic sheen and cool touch of anodized aluminium. The original silver i-mate JAM will still be available.
General Manager of i-mate Australasia, Ben Hodgson said, “I’ve no doubt this beefed up new i-mate JAM will continue the phenomenal success of the original. It really is the perfect combination of beauty & brains. This superb product will be the mark of distinction of the discerning mobile phone buyer.”
Its has the 64k touch sensitive screen, MMS & Bluetooth support, but Wi-Fi is available only via an SD Wi-Fi card, so there goes the space for your 500MB storage card.
The device also comes with a 24mth extended global warranty.
