AsusTek has introduced a 13.3 inch widescreen notebook, the W6 for frequent business travelers.
The W6 Notebook Series incorporates the Asus Color Shine glare-type LCD technology which delivers exceptional image and motion picture with enhanced color density and saturation.
Together with v-cut LCD panel technology which offers higher brightness, the W6 LCD screen presents clear and sharp images in their true vibrant colors perfect for both work and play.
ASUS Splendid Video Intelligence Engine further improves contrast, brightness, skin tone and color saturation for vivid displays.
Asus has added Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) Bluetooth for omnidirectional wireless connections that deliver higher data transfer rates three times faster than standard Bluetooth.
And a great idea is to build in a wireless mouse receiver making a deskmouse all the more convenient in a notebook designed for serious travelers.
The W6 also has a convenient WLAN and Bluetooth on/off hot key gives users the option to save battery power by switching wireless connections off in areas where wireless connection is restricted.
