Micro-Star International (MSI), is bringing to market a pocket-sized
TV capable of picking up digital broadcasts or with video stored on a flash
card watch up to four hours of pre-recorded video.
Weighing just 180 grams and only 1.56 centimetres thick, the
MSI D310 is a tiny TV that puts a 4.2-inch viewing screen in the palm of your hand.
Though it is capable of four hours video playback, the
company lists its TV reception playback at 3 hours, still more than long enough
to watch a game of football or a movie.
The device has five different colour shells and an antenna extension
to improve reception.
Exactly why you need a remote control for a handheld device
is beyond us, but there's one included with the $399 device.
The D310 also supports Teletext and Electronic Program Guides,
music/video/photo playback and AV output so you can plug your mini TV into a
not so mini TV.
