Mobilised is now providing its RSS and other Feeds via Feedbuner so we can better track how may people are using the service and hopefully in the future provide a better email news delivery service.
Our RSS Feeds (the Feed) is used directly by users and by other websites who aggregate our content to provide up to date Mobilised to their own readers.
If you are a private users please go ahead and subscribe to our Feed by selecting your preferred Feed aggregator or subscribe directly with your own Feed reader.
If you are a news aggregator please consider these Terms and Conditions (Terms) when accessing or re-purposing our Feed.
By downloading and using our Feed you agree to be bound by the Terms set out below. Your use of this Feed indicates your acceptance to these Licensing Terms which outline this Agreement.
- This Licence grants you the right to display the headlines, links and other information contained in the Feed (Content) on your website.
- However,all copyright, title and ownership of this Content remains the property of Virtually Infinite Pty. Ltd.
- Use of Mobilised Feeds on your site must contain an accreditation to either Mobilised or Mobilised Australia, being the title of the website offering the Feed.
- With proper attribution, the Content may appear on a commercial site, but you may not charge users for access to the Content in any way, either directly
or indirectly. You may not resell the Content to any other site, aggregator,
company or user. This Licence specifically does not include any form of
sub-licence for the Feed Content or Rights in this Agreement.
- Where used, the Content must include a functional link to the Mobilised website where the reader may access the Content in full. Each news item in the
Content is limited in length and you must not include additional Mobilised
content not include in the Feed. An active, accurate link to the corresponding
story must be included for each item.
- You may not use the Feed and its Content in any unlawful way, to achieve any unlawful means. This includes use on any site that in any way incites hatred, violence or discrimination against any race, gender, sexuality and so on.
- You may not use the Content on any site that does not provide meaningful content in addition to the Feed. This includes any ‘Made for AdSense’ web pages or any page that exists solely to obtain revenue from “Pay Per Click” advertising.
- Where applicable, you specifically agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Mobilised and Virtually Infinite from any liabilities, damages, costs or expenses, including legal fees and litigation expenses, arising from your use of the Content and the Feed provided to you.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law Virtually Infinite excludes all
liability to you for any loss or damage howsoever arising out of or in
connection with this agreement, including but not limited to any liability
arising in relation to the Feed, the Content, or any other content found
on the Mobilised website.
- You warrant to Virtually Infinite that you fully abide by the Terms of this Licence and that you fully comply with the laws (including libel,
defamation and Third Party Intellectual Property Rights) and regulations in
countries the site is published.
- You further warrant to Virtually Infinite, that the Content will not appear on any site containing pornography, adware, spyware, malware, or services/advice for hackers.
- Your site must include a Privacy Policy.
- While all care and best endeavours are employed at Mobilised, Virtually Infinite gives no guarantee that the Feed and its Content will be of any particular quality, or that it will be updated at any particular interval, that is will be free from error, or that the Content will be of use to you or your respective users.
- Mobilised and Virtually Infinite make no guarantee that the Feed, the Conent or the Web Site will be free from Virus or other contamination that may cause harm to you or your users.
- You may terminate this Licence by destroying or removing all copies of the
Feed and its Content from your site, hard drives and other storage mechanisms.
- Virtually Infinite may terminate the Feed, this Licence and your access and rights to the Content at any time without liability. If this occurs you may be required to destroy all copies of the Feed/Content.
- You acknowledge that these Terms and Condition constitute the Agreement you hold with Virtually Infinite and that you do not rely on any other statement made by either party in interpreting its meaning or intention.
- Any failure or delay by either party in exercising its rights under any
provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of those
rights at any time now or in the future.
- These Terms and Conditions, which constitute your licence to access the Feeds and use the Content may be updated in the future by Virtually Infinite.
You must review these Terms each time you download the Feed. You may
contact Mobilised in advance and request to be notified of any changes to
this agreement.
- This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and take effect in accordance with Australian Law. Each provision in this Agreement shall operate
separately in itself and survives independently of the others.
