Soul Reaches 90% Of B Digital |

SP Telemedia (Soul) has announced it has reached the magic
90 percent share interest in MVNO B Digital freeing it to compulsorily acquire
any outstanding share in the company.
In an announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange, Soul
said: "B Digital shareholders who have not yet accepted into the Offer are
encouraged to do so before the Offer closes at 7pm on 13 November 2006. After
that date, Soul intends to proceed with compulsory acquisition of the remaining
shares in B Digital as described in the Bidder's Statement.
"Michael Simmons, CEO of Soul said: "Soul's acquisition of B
Digital is a logical step for both companies' shareholders. It will enable us
to complete the integration of the two businesses and to capitalise more fully
on the opportunities offered by our network and by increasing convergence in
the telecommunications industry.
The exact shareholding as at the time of the ASX statement
was 90.49%.
